we are planning to swap the existing installed SPM Single Point Mooring which currently being used to moor a 600,000 bbls capacity FSO. The management is considering perform the Swap with very minimum downtime, i am as the operation specialist in this company considering to propose utilizing a DP Vessel to hold the FSO in position while the SPM being Swapped.
