<p>She is in excellent and fully operational condition, fully classed and with all her machinery and technical systems being renewed or fully overhauled only 3 years ago.</p>
<p>Furthermore Owners recently completed a modification to the jacking system and during the subsequent jacking speed tests it was confirmed that the new upgraded jacking speed is now about 9 meters per hour (with &#8220;free&#8221; leg running speed of 16 meter per hour). The “Mega Motti” is a Push Barge with good seagoing behaviour. The Diesel<br />
electric vessel has four main engines and various support auxiliaries. The<br />
combination of its Dual Propeller construction contributes to its reliability and<br />
redundancy with a far less chance of breakdowns. The vessels Diesel engines<br />
are up to standards with modern environmental regulations and are designed<br />
for SECA consumption norms. With her high construction and specially Off-<br />
Shore designed interlock barge, the “Mega Motti” makes for quite an<br />
impressive combination.<br />

The Loading capacities of the Barge reach well over 8,000 tons. The Barge is<br />
130,10 m long and 23,90 m wide. Due to the size, form and especially the<br />
width, the barge is ideal for transporting special off-shore cargoes with an<br />
impressive stability. ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems has calculated the cargo<br />
stress points in relation to the hydrodynamic factors of the North and Baltic<br />
seas with a swell height of 2m.<br />
The easily accessible cargo hold is ideal for large components and assemblies<br />
with a width of 21,20 m and a length of 96,80 m. Contrary to a normal barge,<br />
the “Motti” has 9,75 m high walls (height is variable by removing the upperbulkheads).<br />
The construction offers optimal loading possibilities while<br />
providing ideal protection from the sea. The tank top can hold 20tons/ m².<br />

The Barge also has a separate engine room which allows it to operate<br />
independently from the tugboat. The Anker and Mooring wenches, Hydraulic<br />
pumps and ballast pumps are powered by a generator. The steering of the<br />
barge is done locally by the tug vessel. Currently the barge is under German<br />
Flag.<br />

<p>She was built in Norway in 2003 She has been developed to work for offshore wind turbine parks with <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">DP1 system</span></strong> <strong>and <span style="text-decoration:underline;">40 tons at 3 mt deck crane</span></strong></p>
<p>She has a removable stabilized platform, on main deck. This roll, pitch and heave stabilized platform remains motionless regardless of the vessel’s movements. During loading/unloading, the platform will prevent shock tensions to the windmill’s winch.  During drilling operation from the platform, and through the vessel’s moon pool, the drilling operation is not affected by the vessel’s movements. The work is carried out in cooperation with the vessel’s DP 1 system. Two cargo cranes and tension winches enable safe work without being disturbed by the vessel’s movements.</p>
<p>Dynamic Positioning System uses main propellers, side thrusters, rudders and RTK- GPS or Starfix GPS positioning with surveying position accuracy giving excellent position keeping. For example, during operation one meter from the wind turbine or cable laying with +/- 10 cm accuracy.</p>

<p>She was built in Norway in 2003 She has been developed to work for offshore wind turbine parks with DP1 system and 40 tons at 3 mt deck crane</p>
<p>She has a removable stabilized platform, on main deck. This roll, pitch and heave stabilized platform remains motionless regardless of the vessel’s movements. During loading/unloading, the platform will prevent shock tensions to the windmill’s winch.  During drilling operation from the platform, and through the vessel’s moon pool, the drilling operation is not affected by the vessel’s movements. The work is carried out in cooperation with the vessel’s DP 1 system. Two cargo cranes and tension winches enable safe work without being disturbed by the vessel’s movements.</p>
<p>Dynamic Positioning System uses main propellers, side thrusters, rudders and RTK- GPS or Starfix GPS positioning with surveying position accuracy giving excellent position keeping. For example, during operation one meter from the wind turbine or cable laying with +/- 10 cm accuracy.<br />
